You're Great at Your Job...
...but when it’s time to speak up, your mind goes a million miles a minute. You’re not alone. Most folks in tech were never taught how to think on their feet, lead conversations, or present ideas without second-guessing themselves. That’s what the Power Up Program is here to change.
Pain points
What you struggle with
You overthink every email, meeting, or presentation
You avoid speaking unless you’ve over prepared
You worry people will think you don’t know what you’re doing
You know you’re capable but you just don’t feel confident
You need a safe way to practice being confident.
Introducing
The Power Up Program
A high-support, low-pressure space to try, fail, experiment, and grow, together.
Here's what you get:
Weekly live sessions with a small group (just 7 people)
Games and exercises to practice thinking on your feet
Direct messaging support throughout the cohort (A $250 value)
A 1:1 session with personalized feedback on a short presentation
Presentation strategies and self-reflection tools to continue building confidence beyond the program
Lifetime access to workshop materials
Why it works
Small group = big safety
You’ll get to know the same people each week. That trust creates a space where you can take risks and grow without fear.
Playful practice = faster growth
By using games, we reduce the pressure of “performance” and make skill-building fun and engaging. You’ll be surprised by how much easier it feels to practice real skills through play.
Personal coaching = deep support
You’re not in this alone. I’ll guide you, cheer you on, and give you direct, but kind, personalized feedback every step of the way.
"We need someone who can teach confidence in the workplace. Now I have this feeling that I can do this. I can tell myself I can do this."

Meet your guide

Hi folks! My name is Lissy (she/they). I've been working in technology over 10 years now as a user experience designer, strategist, and facilitator. Last year, I decided to start a business to help other people in the tech field battle burnout, isolation, and stress through the development of soft skills.Using my background in human computer interaction, game design, and mentorship, I created this program because I know what it's like to feel like you don't belong, even when you're doing good work. I know what it's like to overthink every meeting, feel pressure to sound professional, and second guess yourself. I also know the power of play, psychological safety, and practice, because that's how I found my way through imposter syndrome.
